The Inspiration
To see if we could beat the lineup in our first ever Daiquiri Toast Off. We wanted something classic bit with a slight bit more funk to it so we split the base with a dry white rum and rhum agricole. Spoiler alert, it place 4th and is a nice change up if you’re looking for something just slightly different than the classic.
Ingredients
1.75 ounces of Flor de Caña extra dry white rum
0.25 ounce of Barbancourt rhum agricole blanc
1 ounce of lime juice
0.75 rich cane syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
How to Prepare
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds
2. Strain and pour into your favorite coupe glass
